All Reservations must be secured by a credit card. For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Bookings require 25% deposit (minimum of 1 night's charge) payable by credit card or money order in Canadian funds. Balance, if any, due upon arrival and can be paid by credit card, cash or Traveller's Checks. We do not have a minimum nights policy except on weekends in July and August (2 nights), and during Ironman (6 nights) but would encourage our guests to enjoy a few nights in our beautiful city!

Our B&B caters to adults so please inquire about children.

Sorry but we cannot have pets in our home in consideration of other guests who might have allergies. We are a SMOKE FREE home.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full refunds on cancellations made more than 21 days prior to arrival, less $25. to cover admin fees. Cancellations from 14 to 21 days forfeit 50% of deposit and cancellations within 2 weeks of anticipated arrival, forfeit the entire deposit. Please inquire about our Ironman policies.

Check-in
Check in time is between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. Please advise if you will be later.

Check-out
Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
